RENTAL CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be notified to the Lessor. More than 15 days, 100% of the amount paid for the reservation will be returned to the Hirer. Between 7 and 14 days, the 20% deposit will be forfeited to the Lessor. If cancellation occurs between 3 and 7 days before departure, 50% of the contractual amount will be retained by the Lessor. If cancellation occurs less than 2 days before departure, the full rental amount will be forfeited to the Lessor.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Postponement or full refund in the event of cancellation due to bad weather (decision of the Lessor). For all rentals, the Hirer’s credit card details will be recorded by the Lessor in the event of damage to the boat. Any damage incurred during the rental period due to negligence will be charged to the registered credit card. In consideration of the Company Owner of the Boat authorizing the customer to use the boat and its equipment, the customer agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injury related to the activity and agrees to release the Company Owner from all liability.
